How All New Homes Works
What we do
All New Homes is a search index for new construction homes in the United States. We track active listings from 410+ home builders across 33 states, with 52,475 active listings in the current index. We are not a brokerage, we do not list resale homes, and we do not source data from MLS. Every listing on this site comes directly from a builder's own website.
How we get the data
Most home-search sites get their inventory from MLS feeds, which means listings reach you only after they pass through aggregator pipelines. All New Homes works the other way: we read the same source the builder publishes — their own website — and index it directly.
