PolyFront LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website allnew.homes ("Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign in using Google or Apple, we also receive your name as provided by those services.
  • Saved Homes: When you save home listings, we store your selections (up to 20 saved homes) associated with your account.
  • Filter Preferences: We store your search filter settings (price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, home type) so they persist across sessions.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Viewed Homes: When you view a home listing's details while signed in, we record which listings you viewed and when.
  • Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect usage data, including pages visited and general interaction patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies (_ga, _ga_<container-id>) to distinguish unique users. You may opt out of analytics tracking on our Do Not Sell page or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
  • Map Interaction Data: When you use the interactive map, your viewport coordinates are sent to Mapbox to load map tiles and perform geographic searches.

4. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
  • Saved Homes and Preferences: Retained as long as your account is active.
  • Viewed Homes: Retained as long as your account is active.
  • Authentication Cookies: Expire after 30 days and are reissued upon login.

Home listing data displayed on the Site is sourced from third-party builder websites and is subject to automatic expiration. We do not retain expired listing data.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • HttpOnly and Secure flags on authentication cookies
  • CSRF protection for OAuth flows
  • Content Security Policy and additional HTTP security headers
  • Server-side token verification for authenticated requests

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

All Users

  • Access: You can view your saved homes and preferences through the Site.
  • Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at admin@allnew.homes.
  • Cookies: Authentication cookies are required to use the Site's account features. You may clear cookies through your browser settings, which will sign you out.

California Residents — Your CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with the following rights:

  • Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale: While we do not sell your personal information, we use Google Analytics which involves sharing data with Google for analytics purposes. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly. Home listings on the Site may contain links to third-party builder websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
